Diagnosis: During the diagnostic inspection, it was determined that one of the water inlet valves had failed mechanically and remained partially open. As a result, water was constantly entering the drum despite the unit being powered off.

Solution: The faulty water inlet valve assembly was removed and replaced with a new OEM-compatible inlet valve assembly. Post-Repair Testing After the replacement, the washer was tested through multiple fill and wash cycles. No water leakage was observed All inlet valves operated correctly The unit shut off water supply completely when not in use Final Result The issue was fully resolved. The washing machine is now operating normally with no water entering the drum when powered off.
