The customer reported that their top-load washer was not filling with enough water during the wash cycle. When the washer was loaded with a larger amount of laundry, the unit frequently went into an out-of-balance condition and failed to complete the cycle properly.
The technician replaced the worn suspension spring rods to restore proper tub stability and eliminate the out-of-balance condition. Additionally, the accelerometer (speed/load sensor) was replaced to ensure accurate load detection and correct water level adjustment during wash cycles. After completing the repairs, the washer was fully tested under normal operating conditions. The unit filled with the correct amount of water, remained stable during operation, and no further issues were observed. Warranty for labor and patrs - 90 days
