2. Not a Contractor

GoFindTech is not a repair company. We do not perform repairs, hire technicians, or control pricing. All repair work is done by independent technicians or companies.

3. Diagnostic Fee

When booking through our system, a diagnostic fee may apply. In many cases, this fee is credited toward the final repair cost if you approve the work. The exact amount and credit policy depend on the technician.

4. Technician Pricing & Estimates

All estimates, labor rates, part prices, and warranties are provided by the technician you are matched with. GoFindTech does not set or control pricing and is not a party to the service agreement between you and the technician.

5. Scheduling & Availability

Appointment windows are estimated and not guaranteed. Technicians may reschedule due to workload, emergencies, or part availability.

6. Payments

Payments for diagnostics, labor, and parts are made directly to the technician or their company. GoFindTech does not process or store payment information.

7. Liability

GoFindTech is not responsible for property damage, repair outcomes, technician actions, delays, or warranty agreements. Any disputes must be resolved with the technician or service company performing the work.

8. Cancellations

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the technician's policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us or the technician as soon as possible.

9. User Responsibilities

When using GoFindTech, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and address information
• Ensure safe access to the appliance for diagnosis and repair
• Communicate any known issues (leaks, electrical hazards, etc.)

10. Data Usage
