Reported issue: The customer reported that the oven was not heating.
Diagnosis: During the diagnostic inspection, it was found that the oven igniter in the Frigidaire range had failed and was open (no continuity), preventing the oven from igniting and reaching the set temperature.
Solution: The faulty oven igniter was replaced. After the replacement, the oven was fully tested and confirmed to heat properly. No additional issues were found. All labor and the installed part are covered by a 90-day warranty.
