Reported issue: The customer reported water leaking from the refrigerator door when using the water dispenser.
Diagnosis: During the diagnostic inspection, it was found that the water tank located inside the refrigerator door had developed a crack. This damage was allowing water to leak out when the dispenser was in use.
Solution: The technician replaced the damaged water tank in the refrigerator door. After the repair was completed, the water dispenser system was fully tested. The dispenser operated normally, and no leaks were observed.
